Annie

I was born a poor, black child.... not really, but for the life of me I couldn’t think of any way to start writing this, so I decided to steal a way. I was actually born and then raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, the youngest of 4 and only girl. I didn’t exactly have A Very Brady Childhood, but there were good times and love to go around. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Viz and Cole, and not only because I was desperately in need of intern hours for my requirements at the Ohio Center for Broadcasting.

I worked full time while I went to OCB, and didn’t have a very flexible schedule to allow me to take advantage of all the opportunities available for interning. I put in hours on the weekend at WTAM, worked with Viz and Cole Wednesday nights, and did editing for the show for rebroadcast and podcasting. When graduation came in January ’09, I said goodbye to WTAM and told Viz and Cole that they would have to resign themselves to the fact that I was going to keep working with them whether they wanted it or not. Thankfully they keep letting me into the studio. It is my hope that they will continue to do so, and I will be allowed to invade your lives with them on a regular basis for a very long time to come.
